Pro Speed Racing – Loyalty Rewards
1. Earn Points:
- By participating in our loyalty program, customers can earn points through various actions including placing orders, celebrating birthdays, signing up, liking us on Facebook, and following us on Instagram. Each action earns a specific number of points as outlined in our policy.
2. Redeem Points:
- Customers can redeem their accumulated points for discounts on their orders. For every 1,000 points redeemed, customers receive a $20.00 discount on their entire order. This discount applies to orders over $250.00. Customers must have at least 1,000 points to be eligible for redemption.
3. Points Currency:
- Points are the currency of our loyalty program. They can be earned and redeemed as outlined in our policy.
4. Points Expiry:
- Points earned in the loyalty program expire after 1 year. Customers will receive notifications 30 days and 3 days before their points expire, reminding them to use their points before they are lost.
5. General Terms:
- Participation in our loyalty program implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program or any part of it at any time without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to adjust the points earning and redemption rates, as well as any other aspect of the loyalty program, at our discretion.
- Points are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Abuse of the loyalty program, including but not limited to fraudulent activities or attempts to manipulate the system, may result in the termination of the customer's account and forfeiture of all accumulated points.
- We reserve the right to cancel points earned through orders that are subsequently cancelled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent.
- We are not responsible for any technical issues or errors that may affect the accrual or redemption of points.
- By participating in our loyalty program, customers agree to receive communications related to the program, including but not limited to notifications about points balance, points expiry, and special offers.
