Protect Your Delivery with Pro Speed Racing Shipping Protection
At Pro Speed Racing, we prioritise the safety, assurance, and satisfaction of our customers. We are excited to offer Pro Speed Racing Shipping Protection, a comprehensive shipping insurance service for all Pro Speed
Racing shipments and orders. Simply add Pro Speed Racing Shipping Protection to your cart at checkout to safeguard against any unforeseen issues that may arise.

Benefits of Pro Speed Racing Shipping Protection:
- Reshipment of your order free of charge in the event of damage or loss.

Lost Package Criteria:
- Shipments marked 'delivered' by the courier but not received by you.
- Shipments where tracking shows 'in transit' for 21 days or more.

Damaged Package Criteria:
- Items damaged during transit.
- Partial orders due to package opening during transit.

Exclusions:
- Packages with GPS evidence of delivery to your property or a secure location.
- Packages returned to sender or missing due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
- Delivery delays.
- Orders that have not yet shipped.
- Packages left without permission by couriers, such as Direct Freight, which have policies of leaving products
without prior consent. Responsibility for such deliveries does not fall on Pro Speed Racing.

How to Submit a Claim:
1. Contact us at enquiry@prospeedracing.com.au . Our customer service team will assist you within 1-2
business days.
2. Include the following in your claim email:
- Subject line: "Shipping Protection Claim for order <insert order number>"
- Description of the issue.
- Photo evidence of damage (if applicable).

Claim Processing:
- A 21-day waiting period applies for orders marked as delivered to account for late deliveries.
- We will continue to track your package and may request the package be returned to us at our expense if it
appears.

After Claim Submission:
- Allow 7 business days for claim processing.
- Upon claim approval, we will send a replacement if available or issue a refund to the original payment
method.

Terms and Conditions:
- Pro Speed Racing Shipping Protection is optional. Deselecting it means Pro Speed Racing will not be liable
for lost or stolen packages, including those marked as delivered but not received.
- Without Pro Speed Racing Shipping Protection, customers must file a claim with the carrier for lost, stolen, or
damaged packages. Use the following resources to file a claim:

- Startrack : https://startrack.com.au/
- Go Logistics : https://gologistics.com.au/
- Packages will not be reshipped, nor refunds issued for lost, stolen, or delivered packages without purchased
insurance.
- We reserve the right to classify packages as delayed if there are known delays in your area.
- Shipping protection does not cover packages with GPS or photographic evidence of delivery to your property,
neighbour, or secure location.
- We reserve the right to deny claims due to insurance fraud or abuse.
- Shipping protection is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled after an order has shipped.
