How to Request a Price Adjustment:
  1. Before Purchase: Contact our Customer Service Team via our contact form with proof of the competitor’s lower price.
  2. Validation: We will verify your request and, upon approval, match the price at checkout.

Price Adjustment Policy:
  • Valid for purchases made at Pro Speed Racing retail location or online at www.ProSpeedRacing.com.au.
  • Not applicable to “Buy now, pay later” methods (Zip Pay, Zip Money, Afterpay, or Finance).

Conditions for Price Matching:
1. The Competitor:
    • Must be a registered Australian business with an ABN and registered for GST.
      2. The Product:
      • Identical to ours in brand, model, specifications, and condition.
      • Immediately available for purchase and not on backorder.
      • Advertised as in stock and ready for dispatch.
      3. The Price:
      • For individual products, not part of a bundle.
      • Includes GST and any delivery fees.
      • Verifiable by Pro Speed Racing at the time of the request.

      Exclusions:
      • Cashback, bonuses, bulk purchases, or bundled items.
      • Prices including delivery costs.
      • Errors in advertisements.
      • Financing or credit offers.
      • Products from third-party sellers, marketplaces, auctions, or classified websites.
      • Clearance, display items, liquidation, or external administration sales.
      • “Grey imports” or products from international distributors.
      • Wholesale or B2B (Business-to-Business) customers.
